11-Day Morocco cultural tour from Casablanca

  Arrive at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca. Our driver-guide will welcome you. Then, we’ll take a short drive to Casablanca, the largest city and economic hub of Morocco. Our first stop is the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. We’ll explore its beautiful Andalusian architecture. Finally, we’ll take you to your hotel to rest and be prepared for an adventure of 11-day tour from Casablanca.

After having your breakfast we drive shortly to the political capital of Morocco Rabat. In Rabat we will make short stop in the Hassan tower and Mohammed 5 shrine, as well as, the Oudayas Kasbah. Then we drive straight to the blue town (Chefchaouen) passing through several villages and towns and have lunch in Ouazzane. From Ouazzane we cross Riff Mountains for an hour and half to Chefchaouen, blue town of Morocco.

Your Moroccan 11-day tour continues with a visit to Volubilis, an ancient Roman Berber settlement. Then, you’ll stop in Meknes, another imperial city in Morocco, to see the Bab Mansour gate. Afterward, we’ll head to Fes city, where you’ll check in to a traditional Riad in the medina (Old city).

Our private Morocco 11 days tour continues today with guided tour in Fes old city. We will discover Fes by walking in medina with our local guide. Fes is the oldest imperial city founded by Idriss II. Fes is also the tradiation centre of the Arab-Muslim culture. You can explore the Mosque of the Andalusians, also famous tanneries, the Medersas and we will visit also the new part of the city include royal palce and panoramic view of Fes city. We stay overnight in hotel /riad with dinner and breakfast.

In the morning, we’ll head south to the Merzouga Desert. Along the way, you’ll make a several stops in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco, and the cedar forest to see the Barbary apes. After lunch in Midelt, you’ll continue through the Ziz valley to the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. You’ll check in at a hotel with a view of the Sahara desert sand dunes.

 Today marks the 6th day of the 11 days travel Morocco will be an amazing day waking up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the dunes. Enjoy the sandboarding experience ience  and come down to the camp for a delicious breakfast. After that, we continue our 11-day Casablanca trip to Dades Valley, making stops in Todra Valley and gorges taking photos and enjoying the views along the way. You’ll spend the night in a hotel in Dades; a beautiful green valley.

  Today after breakfast we depart to Marrakech via High Atlas Mountains and Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, a UNESCO site built back to 17th century. We cross Tizi n’Tichka mountain Pass at an altitude of 2260m over the High Atlas Mountains. In the middle of the Atlas mountains we make a stop to visit women cooperative of argan oil to learn about this magical local product. Then we continue to Marrakech where we will spend our night.

Once you finish your breakfast, you’ll start a guided tour of Marrakech medina (old city), the tour will cover the Koutoubia Mosque, Ben Youssef Koranic School, the Bahia Palace and the Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon, you can explore the medina on your own. Jemaa El Fna is the main square in the heart of Marrakech city where you can enjoy one of your evenings as it becomes a night market starting around 6PM.

Today, we will drive from Marrakech to Essaouira after breakfast at 10:00 AM. We will arrive in Essaouira around lunchtime. Then, we’ll have lunch and check into a hotel with views of the ocean and Mogador Island. You can relax on the beach, visit the medina, and explore the port. The port is famous for being a filming location for Game of Thrones in Morocco. Tonight, we will stay in Essaouira.

After breakfast in Essaouira, we will drive back to Casablanca, the city where we started the tour. Along the way, we’ll pass through the beautiful cities of Safi, Oualidia, and El Jadida, which was once a Portuguese village. We will arrive in Casablanca and drop you off in your hotel to rest. spend the night in Casablanca city.

 It is the final day of your Morocco adventure tour, at the time of your flight, we will transfer you from your hotel in Casablanca to Mohammed V Airport. This marks the end of your journey, leaving you with wonderful memories of your time in Morocco.
