Once you arrive, you will have the opportunity to spend the night under the stunning Saharan stars. Following your exploration of the intriguing Todra Gorge and the scenic Dades Valley, you will next make your way to Marrakech by way of the spectacular Atlas Mountains.
Throughout the course of the tour, you will come across kasbahs that date back centuries, colorful oasis, and the Ait Ben Haddou, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site location. Over the course of three lovely days, this condensed journey explores the essential character of Morocco, providing a glimpse into the country’s remarkable magnificence and rich cultural heritage.
The departure from the Riad/Hotel will be at 8 a.m. The trip to Erg Chebbi sand dunes will last 8 hours, during which we will see the Atlas Mountains and some villages (Tafilalet, Erfoud, and Rissani).
We will stop in some cities, like Ifrane and Azrou, to enjoy the view of the cedar woods and the monkeys living there. The lunch will be served in Midelt, and then we will keep going through the Ziz valley with a beautiful view of the palm trees until we arrive at Erg Chebbi, where we will do a camel trek to reach the desert camp to spend the night in a Berber tent for the first days of 3-Days Desert trip from Fes To Marrakech.
After breakfast, we leave the Sahara desert of Erg Chebbi and take an off-road drive over the Hamada (black desert) to get to the Saharan town of Rissani.
Subsequently, we head north to Erfoud, that is known for the fossils; here we can stop to visit a fossil workshop before we proceed to the amazing Todra valley, known for rock climbing, where you can trek before we drive to dades gorges for the hotel. Dinner and overnight
After your breakfast at the hotel,we will begin the most recent day of our 3-day desert trip from Fes to Marrakech, driving through the Thousand Kasbah Road, the Roses Valley, and a visit to Skoura Oisis with its credible 17th-century Kasbah.
Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (Ait Benhaddou is the World Heritage Site that has been utilized as a setting for more than 20 movies incorporating “Gladiator,” “Indiana Jones,” and “Lawrence of Arabia”).
After lunch, we will drive for 4 hours via the Tizi Ntichka Pass, with stops along the way, arriving in Marrakech at 6:00 p.m.
